 よく「介護に正解はない」と言われます。これは人の生き方に正解がないように、介護を受ける側の数ほど正解が存在するためです。本人、ご家族、介護職など、関わる人々の合意で、その人のケアの落としどころが決まります。
 働く側も同様です。さまざまな背景を持った人がおり、介護するほうもされるほうも、多様な関わり方、多様な支え方、多様な生き方ができる組織を目指します。
